ATTORNEY İBRAHİM TUNÇAY

 He provides legal consultancy to domestic and foreign-based companies within the scope of their national and international legislation in the field of International Trade Law (including international contracts and financing methods, international commercial sanctions, international banking, and international arbitration).

He is active in the field of Sports Law, specializing in sports arbitration (CAS, FIFA, UEFA, TFF, GSGM), sponsorship agreements, broadcasting rights contracts, athlete contracts, and related disputes, as well as disputes between athletes, sports clubs, and federations, and disciplinary sanction proceedings.

He completed the Legal English Program at the Ankara University Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute.

He is proficient in English, German, and French at an advanced level.

He is currently pursuing his LL.M. (Master of Laws) with Thesis in Private Law (Commercial Law) at the Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences.
