ATTORNEY HAZAL KISA BİLİCİ, LL.M.

She is a graduate of Hacettepe University Faculty of Law.

Previously, she carried out voluntary work at the II. International Congress on Law Education; the "Human Rights Advocacy" workshop organized by the Association of Lawyers and Human Rights Defenders Without Borders (in cooperation with Hacettepe University Medical Law Research and Application Center and the Bioethics Education, Application and Research Center, with the support of the EU Sivil Düşün Program); and the "Defending Human Rights in the Arab World, the Middle East, and Turkey" workshop supported by the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation.

She also completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey and has been active in the fields of human rights, criminal, administrative, and tax law.

She is proficient in English and German at an advanced level.

She completed her LL.M. (Master of Laws) with Thesis in Public Law at the Hacettepe University Institute of Social Sciences, with a thesis focused on criminal law.
